What is the Connection Guarantee?
If you are within the first month of your membership and you cannot get online with NetZero, call Technical Support FREE 1-866-841-1442. If you still cannot get online, your first month of NetZero Premium Internet service is FREE.
NetZero will refund any subscription fees paid by you for your NetZero ISP account for the first month of service if you cannot get connected to the Internet through such account at least once during the first month of service. To qualify for the refund, you must use any free technical support calls offered by NetZero and request the refund prior to the end of the first month of service.

What is Instant Messaging? Can I use Instant Messaging to chat with friends and family on other Instant Messaging programs including AOL, ICQ and Yahoo?
NetZero offers its members Instant Messaging compatibility which allows you to use popular Instant Messaging programs while on the NetZero service to chat live online with friends and family. You can chat with friends and family using Instant Messaging programs including AOL, ICQ and Yahoo.

Can I access my other email addresses through NetZero?
Yes! NetZero gives you complete access to the Internet so you can use NetZero to get online and check email for other email addresses and accounts that you use. Plus with NetZero you get your own NetZero email address.

Can I have multiple accounts with NetZero?
Yes! You can set up multiple free email addresses with NetZero. Many members of your home can have his or her own email address from just one Internet account.

Can I access my NetZero email away from home?
Yes! It's easy for NetZero members to check their email from the World Wide Web. Just go to the NetZero home page and click on the link to our Email on the Web service. You can get your NetZero email anywhere Internet access is available!

NetZero offers extensive free online support for technical and customer-related issues, accessible directly from our home page. You can also talk live to a NetZero representative for $1.95 per minute ($2.95 CDN/min in Canada).

Will there be any additional expenses, such as phone charges?
NetZero does not charge any additional phone charges. However, depending upon the NetZero access numbers you choose, your location and your calling plan, you may incur toll charges and long distance charges in excess of local service charges on your telephone bill. To find out whether you will incur any charges, and if so, the amounts of such charges, please contact your local telephone company. You are responsible for all such charges.

I have an Apple Macintosh computer. Can I use NetZero?
Yes, we currently offer NetZero Platinum for Mac users. If you already have a NetZero Platinum account, simply visit my.netzero.net/s/download to download the NetZero Platinum software for Mac.
